The Griffey Jr jersey is a Russell Athletic MLB Authentic size 48 jersey. The jersey is gray with black trim and includes the black under jersey. The numbers and letters are red on white on black tackle twill. The black letters and numbers are offset to create a raised/3D effect. Cincinnati is written across the front with a small number 30 on the right side just below the letters. On the back is a large number 30 below an arcing "Griffey" at the top. In the lower right back is an embroidered patch with "Ken Griffey Jr 500th Homerun and the date June 20 2004". A Russell Athletic MLB Authentic tag has been sewn onto the lower left front and a Reds logo has been stitched on to the left sleeve of the under jersey. On the collar is a Russell Athletic Authentic tag with the retail tag still attached. Griffey has signed on the back of the upper left side of the "0" in black felt tip pen. There is some slight amount of bleeding but the signature is still legible and would rate a 8-9/10.

The Banks jersey is a Cooperstown Collection Majestic jersey. The letters and numbers are blue tackle twill mounted on the cream colored jersey with blue pinstripes. On the front is a large Cubs patch on the left chest. Banks has signed on the number 1 of the "14" in a crisp silver felt tip pen and would rate a 9-10/10. The Cooperstown Collection/Majestic tag is attached to the lower right front. The retail tags are still attached to the neck tags and a Majestic logo is heat transferred to the right sleeve.

The Eddie Mathews caps are a white Hall of Fame cap and a Coca Cola/Winn Dixie promotional Atlanta Braves cap. Mathews has signed on the bill of both caps. On the Braves cap Mathews used a black ball point pen and it really pops against the red bill and would rate a 10/10. On the white cap Mathews signed in blue felt tip pen and added "HOF '78'" to the signature there is some bleeding but is still legible and would rate a 7-8/10.
