May 31 1930 New York Yankee payroll check made out to Hall of Fame 2nd baseman Tony Lazzeri who was just coming off a stellar .354 season in 1929 the finest of his career. Check is endorsed on the back in vintage 9/10 black ink. Both Yankee owner Jacob Ruppert and Secretary Ed Barrow have signed the front in 9-10/10 looking vintage black ink. Interesting break down on back of check lists a deduction of $30.00 for "Uniform Deposit". Check itself in very nice shape with one light center fold. Bank cancellation touches a few places in Lazzeri's name. Autograph slabbed PSA/DNA AUTHENTIC.
