Presented here is a game-used Chandler AXE Maple professional model bat used by Pete Alonso of the New York Mets for career home run number 237, hit on May 27, 2025. The natural maple barrel is stamped "YC3XP6S / AXE Maple / PETE ALONSO / 34/32 / L5L3.0209.0314.25" with the Chandler "C" logo prominently displayed. The handle features Alonso's signature star-patterned green and gold grip tape, applied over a pine tar-treated handle.
The bat displays significant use wear including cleat marks, ball contact marks, and grip distress. MLB Authentication hologram is affixed. A milestone piece from one of the game's premier power hitters. The MLB Authentication page shows that this bat is tied to the actual home run through Statcast information. This bat was authenticated and kept in play for use in future ballgames, something that is a scarce find with game used bats.
