Arguably one of the best QB/Wide Reciever duos to ever play the game, Joe Montana and Jerry Rice led the San Francisco 49ers to two superbowls together and did it with style. Featured in this lot are a pair of Wilson NFL footballs signed and inscribed by the 49er legends.
Jerry Rice's ball features a panel stacked with seven statistics listed underneath his crisp 10/10 autograph in silver marker. Stats listed include, "3X SB Champs," "SB Champs MVP," "13X Pro Bowl," "2X NFL OFF POY," "6X NFL Rec yds Leders," "6X NFL Rec TDS Leader" and "HOF 2010."
Montana's ball features a full panel listing off three statistics and his nickname under his 10/10 autograph in silver marker. Stats include, "4X SB Champ," "SB XVI XIX XXIV MVP," "HOF 2000" followed by his nickname, "Joe Cool."
Both balls present in MINT-GEM MINT condition and each include JSA COA's affixed (Montana: WP439744/ Rice: WP501100). Both autographs have also been pre-certified by Beckett Authentication Services.
