The Hit Man gets paid as this New York Yankees payroll check is penned to Mattingly for $3,714 on April 15, 1984. Handwritten payroll check is endorsed on the back by Mattingly and is visible through a clear window on the back of the frame. A photo of Mattingly is matted above the check with a secretarial version of his autograph. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
