This Victus "JS22" professional model maple bat was used and personally signed by Juan Soto during the 2025 season, his first as a member of the New York Mets following a blockbuster free agent signing that made him one of the most closely watched players in the sport. The bat's model designation, "JS22," reflects Soto's own personal ordering specifications with Victus, the increasingly popular bat manufacturer favored by a growing number of the game's top young hitters for its balance and feel.
Soto has established himself as one of the most disciplined and productive hitters in modern baseball, combining an elite batting eye with consistent power production across stops with the Washington Nationals, San Diego Padres, and New York Yankees before joining the Mets, and his 2025 debut season in Queens represented a major storyline throughout the sport.
The bat has been authenticated as game used and carries both Fanatics and Major League Baseball authentication, providing collectors with dual verification of its use in an authentic MLB contest, along with Soto's own signature applied to the barrel. Game-used, signed bats from a superstar's debut season with a new franchise carry particular appeal to collectors, as they mark a defining transition point in a player's career and are typically produced in far more limited supply than bats accumulated over a full decade of tenure with one club. This bat offers Mets and Soto collectors an early, significant piece of his tenure in New York.
