At the 2021 French Open, Novak Djokovic completed an exhausting run through the bracket to win his second title at Roland Garros and 19th major overall. With the victory, he became the first men's player to achieve the double Career Grand Slam in the Open Era. Twice coming back from two sets to love deficits in the same major, including the Final against Stefanos Tsitsipas, Djoker was the first to ever accomplish this feat as well. His grueling five-set final was preceded by a 4+ hour semifinal victory over Rafael Nadal.
This Djokovic signed Lacoste player-issued hat was procured through Novak's inner circle during the 2021 French Open. Our consignor knows the Serbian legend personally and attends many of his events. Djoker has autographed the brim of the white athletic cap in black marker. It shows little evidence of use, but could have been a spare or one used briefly during the tournament in a match or training. Autograph certified by PSA/DNA.
