The 2020 Kansas City Chiefs entered the season as defending Super Bowl LIV champions. KC qualified for the playoffs for a sixth consecutive season by winning the AFC West for the fifth straight year. After narrowly scraping by the Cleveland Browns 22-17 in the Divisional Round, the Chiefs handled the Bills 38-24 in the AFC Championship. This set up a Super Bowl LV showdown versus Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in which the Chiefs ultimately fell short.
Offered is the ring awarded to the Chiefs as AFC Champions. This player's ring features the Chiefs logo in diamonds on the face with the words "2020 AFC CHAMPIONS" encircling it. On one shank is the player's name "McGUIRE" and number "24" above and below a rendering of Arrowhead Stadium. The other shank features the words "CHIEFS KINGDOM" above the final score of the AFC championship "KC 38 BUF 24" and the AFC Champions logo. Inside of the ring is stamped "5 AFL/AFC CHAMPS" with the "LH" logo for Chiefs founder and former owner Lamar Hunt. The size 10.5 ring weighs 57.17 grams.
