2014 Miguel Cabrera Sam Bat block letter Professional Model Maple MC1 bat game used by the Detroit Tiger slugger in the August 28 2014 home game at Comerica Park against the New York Yankees. Detroit won the game 3-2 and Miggy went a rare 0-4. "Made in Canada" sticker and numbers "24" and "11" in black marker on top of knob. "24 11 34 32 1?280" all on the tip of barrel. Bat displays extensive game use with heavy pine tar and large crack with 5" piece missing from handle. Bat is 33 3/4" long and weighs 32 ounces. 2014 was a down year by Miggy's standards coming off back-to-back MVP seasons. The Venezuelan batted "only" .313 with 25 HR and 109 RBI. He also lead the league in doubles with 52. Anybody else would love those numbers. Bat has been photo matched to that game as well as one prior.

According to the MLB database Miggy broke the bat in the bottom of the 6th inning when he grounded out to third base off pitcher Hiroki Kuroda. MLB Authentication hologram #HZ 308309.
