In only three full seasons Mike Trout has emerged as the biggest star in the major league galaxy which is saying something for a youngster only 23 years old. Only one other player in modern times started with a similar flourish in his first three years as a full-time player and coincidentally he's a teammate of Trouts. Trout is the reigning American League Most Valuable Player Award winner and three-time All-Star since becoming a regular player in 2012. Trout finished second in AL MVP voting in 2012 and 2013 before winning the award in 2014 along with the 2014 AL Hank Aaron Award. This sparkling game-worn and signed jersey hails from his third season arguably his finest as he record a .323 batting average with 27 homers and 97 RBI. This size 48 Angels button-down gray road jersey has the word Angels stitched across the front in dark blue white and red tackle twill and Trout's No. 27 in red and dark blue tackle twill. A "Dr. Lewis Yocum" memorial logo patch is sewn on the left shoulder and an MLB Authentic/Majestic manufacturer's label with Size 48 appears on the front left tail. The iconic Angels "A" logo patch is on the left sleeve the team's circular "1961" logo patch on the right and the iconic MLB embroidered patch at the back of the collar. Trout's No 27 appears on the back in dark blue and red tackle twill; he has added a black Sharpie autograph to the number along with his "2012 AL ROY" inscription. The MLB hologram is affixed to the number near the autograph. Shirt shows game use and was given to Mariano Rivera by Trout as well as a Steiner Letter of Authenticity from Rivera.
