In 2013 just his second season with the Baltimore Orioles Manny Machado broke out in a big way. Starting 156 games for the Os at the hot corner Machado batted .283 with 189 hits including 14 home runs and a league-leading 51 doubles. He also knocked in 71 runs for good measure. This lot features a pair Machado bats from his sophomore campaign one game-used and one game-ready with his autograph. The game-used Marucci 'AR13-A' Pro Model black bat shows solid use with Mota stick/pine tar coating the handle and a few nice ball mark impressions on the barrel. The 34.5" 32 oz. bat is so labeled on the knob along with his uniform No. "13" and "6/11/13" manufacturing date. The second bat a Tucci Lumber 'TL-M13-M' Pro Select Limited model shows no game use but has a small amount of pine tar on the upper handle (perhaps from being in the bat rack with other gamers). The clean barrel is labeled "05151389.5" for its May 15 2013 manufacturing dates as well as "34/32" for its length and weight. Machado has signed the barrel in shiny10/10 silver felt tip pen. A PSA cert. sticker is affixed next to it.
