This lot offers a 2013 Kolten Wong St. Louis Cardinals (rookie season) postseason game worn road jersey in excellent condition. The second basemen sported this gray road jersey during Game 3 of the 2013 NLDS vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates on October 6th, 2013. The Cardinals fell short in Game 3, taking a 5-3 loss. Wong played 32 games with St. Louis during his rookie campaign after a call up from the Memphis Redbirds. The Hawaiian native has spent his entire career with St. Louis.
The gray St. Louis Cardinals road jersey features the iconic Cardinals logo across the front and has Wong’s number, “16”, sewn on both the front and back. A “2013 Postseason” patch is sewn on the right arm while a “Stan Musial #6” patch can be seen on the left arm. “Wong” is sewn in in red on the lower right-hand side of the jersey. The Majestic Authentic patch is on the bottom left-hand side of the jersey and denotes “Size 46” for the jersey. This lot is accompanied by an MLB Authentication hologram (EK722678) ensuring its authenticity and game use.
