A unique play-making power forward who can lock down any position on defense Draymond Green has been instrumentalin helping the Golden State Warriors win two of the last three NBA titles. He is called the "heartbeat"of the Dubs their most important player and emotional catalyst. Since entering the league in 2012 after an impressive4-year college career at Michigan State Green has improved steadilyeach year and become a triple-double machine. This past season Green made his second straight All-Star squad and earned his first Defensive Player of the Year award. Sports Illustrated ranked him as the 10th best player in the NBA heading into the upcoming season. This lot features Draymond's 2013-14 game-worn Nike shoes from his second NBA campaign when the 6' 7" 230-pounder was primarily coming off the bench and just beginning to turn heads.
You may notice something familiar about these sneakers. They are the same model kicks worn by Draymond's nemesis LeBron James. These white Nike Zoom 'LeBron X ID' shoes come in Warriors-themed colors with yellow tongues and laces blue interiors and outsoles and blue Swooshes. The King James logo is stamped on the tongues and outsoles. LeBron'sfacsimile autograph stamp appears on the reverse of the tongue pulltabs. The jersey number "23" (coincidentally now shared by Green and James) appears at the top of each inner heel. In addition there is a plastic patch underneath each tongue that reads“DIAMOND COLLECTION - CUT AND TAILORED TO THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS OFLEBRONJAMES - FORGED MMIII”. Properly tagged on the interior with "07/04/13 the size 15 shoes show ample game usage with some scuffing on the exterior and appropriate heel drag. Draymond wearing LeBron's kicks?
