Here is a terrific pair of Chris Paul signature model Nike sneakers game-worn during the 2013-14 season with the Los Angeles Clippers. Arguably the top point guard in the league Paul was named 2005-06 NBA Rookie of the Year has two Olympic gold medals and has led the NBA in assists four times and steals six times. He has been selected to nine All-Star teams six All-NBA teams and six All-Defensive teams. His career averages stand at 18.8 points 4.4 rebounds 9.9 assists and 2.3 steals per game. Paul averaged 19.1 points with a league leading 10.7 assists and 2.5 steals in 2013-14 leading the Clips to a 57-25 record and a playoff run that ended at the hands of Oklahoma City in the Western Conference Semifinals. He is "the best leader in the NBA" according to Charles Barkley and will likely be enshrined in Springfield someday.
These black and infrared 'CP3.VII' colorways are are Paul's seventh edition from the Nike Jordan brand. According to the consignor they were sourced through a current NBA employee (wishes to remain anonymous) who attests Paul wearing them in the L.A.'s March 14 2014 road game against the Utah Jazz. The Clips won it 96-87 behind their floor general's balanced line of 18 points 7 dimes 6 rebounds and 3 steals. They are style/photo matched several times on Getty including when he was suiting up in the locker room pre-game. The lightweight low-tops have the Jordan brand logo embroidered at the heel with the creative "CP3" logo stamped on the tongues. The efficient design features several dozen air holes on the exterior for ventilation. Interior tagging properly indicates his size 12.5 "SEASON SP14" for player-sample status and the "140213" manufacturing date (Feb. 13 2014). The original black laces are present but the insoles are missing having likely been removed for custom-fitted orthotic inserts. Paul has signed each shoe over the toes in sparkling 9-10/10 silver marker. The exhibit appropriate game use with heel drag and scuff marking on the front midsole area near the toes. Awesome CP3 game-worn kicks!
