"New York" and number "5" on front in dark blue with orange trim. "Wright" and large number "5" on back also in dark blue with orange trim. "KID 8" Gary Carter memorial black patch on right shoulder. 50th Anniversary patch on left shoulder. Majestic Authentic Size 46 tag in front tail with "5 46 '12 S5" tag sewn above. Jersey exhibits decent game use.
