Bryce Harper was still a teenager when he broke into the majors with the Washington Nationals in 2012. Over the course of the summer, Harper won player of the month honors twice and went on to set the MLB record for extra base hits and total bases by a player under the age of 20. He’d cap off his first season in the majors by helping the Nationals make the post season and being names the NL’s Rookie of the Year. Harper’s rookie season Louisville Slugger 'O69' Professional Model bat shows great game use. There are many ball marks and ink transfers found on the barrel along with scuffs and abrasions and bat rack paint streaks. The handle has a light coat of pine tar. The knob has been stamped with the “05/15/12” manufacturing date beneath Harper’s custom number “34” Washington Nationals sticker. The budding superstar has signed and inscribed the barrel to complete this extraordinary rookie-year gamer. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat a GU 7.
