A unique power forward who can lockdown any position on defense and passes as well as anyone in basketball Draymond Green was instrumental in helping the Golden State Warriors win their first NBA title in 40 years in 2015. Since entering the league in 2012 after an impressive 4-year college career at Michigan State Green has improved steadily each year and has become one of the biggest stat stuffers at his position. He averaged 14 points 9.5 rebounds and 7.4 assists last season during the Warriors record-breaking 73-9 campaign and while his points and rebounds are down a bit after the addition of Kevin Durant he is now among the league leaders in steals. He remains the "heartbeat" of the Dubs their most important player and emotional catalyst.
This lot features Draymond's 2012-13 game-worn Warriors road jersey from his rookie season. Appropriate Adidas tagging on the left front tail indicates size 2XL with a Length +2" flag tag. Adjacent is the official NBA Authentics tag uniquely coded "GWA01269". The blue mesh jersey with the golden yellow Warriors team crest and Green's No. "23" on the front has his number and last name on the reverse in yellow gold. Shirt shows solid overall game wear and has been photo-matched by MeiGray. Draymond was little more than a spark plug off the bench as a rookie averaging just 2.9 points and 3.3 rebounds in 13 minutes per game. He's come a long way since than considered now one of if not the most complete power forwards in the NBA.
