This is an attractive 2009 All-Star piece from the Washington Nationals slugger Ryan Zimmerman a batting practice worn jersey in superb condition and boasting the colorful and unique design elements of modern uniforms. Zimmerman with 200 home runs and a lifetime .283 average for the Senators in 11 standout seasons won the Silver Slugger and Gold Glove Award in 2009 as well as being named to the All-Star squad for the first time. The fine red mesh jersey has powder blue and white ribbed highlights on the sides and powder blue piping on the collar and sleeves. The unique National logo across the front employs a number of unusual fabrics for the yellow black red and silver configuration; the back is a bit more traditional with Zimmerman in white tackle twill across the shoulders and his No. 11 below in black and white tackle twill. The intricately embroidered 2009 All-Star Game patch appears on the left sleeve and the Washington Nationals team patch on the right. The MLB logo appears at the back of the collar and Majestic 2009 All-Star Game tagging is found at the front left tail. The shirt shows appropriate wear and comes as issued with an MLB hologram affixed to the 2nd '1' on the back.
