This 2008 Bowman Chrome Draft Picks & Prospects #BDPP128 Buster Posey autograph rookie card has been certified by Beckett Grading Services at the Gem Mint 9.5 level overall. The subgrade breakdown shows corners, edges, and surface each grading 9.5, while centering checks in at 9, the lone subgrade holding the card back from a perfect composite score on Bowman Chrome's notoriously centering-sensitive refractor stock. The on-card autograph, signed in blue ink directly across the chrome surface, earns a perfect Beckett 10 Auto grade, the highest classification available, confirming bold, fully formed ink with no smudging or fading. As Posey's first Bowman Chrome autograph and one of his most significant rookie-era issues, the combination of a near-flawless 9.5 card grade and a perfect 10 autograph grade makes this a standout example of the card.
