Miguel Tejada spent his first six seasons in MLB with the Athletics where he began his streak of 1152 consecutive games that ended with the Orioles on June 22 2007. He is a six-time All-Star and a two-time Silver Slugger Award winner. In 2002 he won the American League Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award and he was the 2005 All-Star Game MVP.
Tejadas 2006 Easton model E 109 professional model bat is un-cracked and shows evidence of outstanding use. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the left front and back barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Also visible on the bat are cleat marks and bat rack streaks. There is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. Tejada's number '10' and the weight '31.7' (ounces) are written on the knob in silver marker.
