In his 2006 sophomore season at Cal Desean Jackson caught 59 passes for 1060 yards and 9 touchdowns while returning 30 punts for 455 yards and 4 touchdowns which set the Pac-10 conference record for single-season punt return touchdowns. He was honored as a first-team All American first-team All Pac-10 and won the Randy Moss Award after the season. Jackson finished his Cal career with 162 receptions for 2423 yards and 22 touchdowns and also scored 6 return touchdowns and 1 rushing touchdown. He was a two-time first-team All American and two-time first-team All Pac-10 member. Jackson was selected in the second round of the NFL draft by the Philadelphia Eagles and has been a member of three Pro Bowl teams (2009 2010 2013) and is among the most dynamic game-breakers in the league.
Jacksons game worn Cal Golden bears jersey show tremendous use with several team repairs (mostly on right shoulder). The Nike (size L) tag is sewn on the front tail. Jackson has signed the back number in black marker.
