Shaq wore this custom Reebok sneaker during two playoff games as he led the LA Lakers to the 2004 NBA Championship. Both games took place against the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Semifinals. On May 11, O'Neal dropped 28 points, grabbed 14 boards and added 4 blocks to help the Lakers even the series at two games apiece. On May 15, the Lakers closed out the Spurs and won the series 4-2. Shaq was a monster on the glass in that contest, securing 19 rebounds to go along with 17 points and an impressive 5 blocks.
The Reebok “Shaq” model left sneaker shows great game use. There are scuff marks from game action on the leather surfaces and light staining on the treads. The unique Shaq logo is found on the back heal, in silver on the top at the base of the toes and worked into the bottom treads along with his number, “34.” His number is repeated on the outside ankle and “SHAQ” is written in bold block letters at the top of the tongue. The Lakers great has signed the outside of the of the left shoe in marker, adding his number, “34.” A great gamer photomatched to two of Shaq’s playoff games. The sneaker comes with LOAs from Resolution Photomatching and JSA.
