The 2003-04 season saw the Detroit Pistons win 16 of their final 19 games to finish third in the Eastern Conference with a 54-28 record. The Pistons defeated the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs in five games. In the semifinals, the New Jersey Nets took Detroit to the limit by going up 3-2 before the Pistons eventual comeback and Game 7 victory. The Pistons dispatched the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals to set up a matchup against the heavily favored Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals. Detroit pulled off one of the greatest upsets in NBA history by defeating LA in five games. 

 

Offered is a 2004 Detroit Pistons NBA championship ring presented to assistant coach Pat Sullivan. The face of the ring features a field of diamonds with the word "PISTONS" and the Larry O'Brien trophy in the center. The words "2004 WORLD CHAMPIONS" are above and below the design. One shank has "DETROIT," "GOING TO WORK," "PISTONS 4 LAKERS 1," and the NBA logo. The other has the last name "SULLIVAN," "THE RIGHT WAY," and "COACH." Inside band is stamped "Pat Sullivan" and "INTERGOLD 14K." 

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received.
