In 2003 Anaheim Angels relief pitcher Brendan Donnelly made the American League All-Star team. During the festivities in Chicago, he had one of his official player-issued 2003 All-Star Game bats signed by the National League squad. A total of 23 players (Jason Schmidt signed twice) have autographed this unused Louisville Slugger two-toned bat over the black-finish section, all done in bold silver paint pen.

 

Highlights include Hall of Famers Todd Helton, Scott Rolen, John Smoltz, Billy Wagner and Gary Carter along with future HOFers Albert Pujols, Barry Bonds and Gary Sheffield. Other notables are Dusty Baker, Jim Edmonds, Andruw Jones, Aaron Boone, Javy Lopez, Rafael Furcal, and Kerry Wood. The bat remains in like-new condition and the signatures are well-preserved with only one (Paul Lo Duca) having smeared a bit. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA and a letter from Brendan Donnelly.

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
