Offered in this lot is a rookie season 2003-04 Lebron James Cleveland Cavaliers road game jersey. The Reebok jersey was issued to Lebron James sometime during his rookie campaign with the Cavs as noted in the Sports Investors LOA. The team logo "CLEVELAND" is featured in white atop the red jersey outlined in gold stitching. Below is the number "23" in similar styling. The reverse side features a smaller "C" Cavaliers logo atop "JAMES" and a larger "23" denoting Lebron's number. Both the armholes and neck hole feature a dark blue and gold trim. An official NBA logo is affixed on the lefthand shoulder. Size "50" is noted on the official NBA Authentics Reebok tagging. "11/01" has been inscribed on the jock tag possibly denoting game use during the Cavs matchup vs. the Portland Trailblazers on November 1st, 2003. Overall, an excellent rookie year example showing propper tagging, lettering, and numbering for a game used issue. Lebron averaged an impressive 20.9 PPG, 5.9 APG, and 5.5 RPG during his rookie campaign earning him NBA Rookie of the Year honors.
