The 9-time All-Pro who retired after the 2013 season is considered bymany to be the greatest free safety ever. Patrolling the secondary for theBaltimore Ravens for 11 of his 12 seasons Reed was the eagle eyes for those impermeableRavens defenses allowing linebackers Ray Lewis and Terrell Suggs to wreakhavoc and often take much of the credit. The white knit and mesh jersey has his iconic No. 20 on thefront back and sleeves in purple-on-gold and black-shadowed tackle twill. HisNOB comes in purple on a white nameplate. Black elastic trim lines the neck andsleeves. The Ravens’ Maryland shield patch adorns both sleeves. "01-48"tagging inside the collar indicates that it was a carry-over from the 2001season—common practice for many teams at that time. Reebok tagging on frontshirttail has the exclusive Ravens team logo patch with 4” L.B. and size 48 flagtags. Jersey exhibits excellent game usein the form of black paint transfers from contact on the right shoulder as wellas a team repair on the right front chest. Reed has signed the back ‘0’ in goldpaint pen "Ed Reed 20 - 2002 G.WORN." Outstanding rookie gamer froman NFL legend.
