Offered here is a New York Yankees home jersey which was donned by 11-time All Star hurler Roger Clemens during his 2001 AL Cy Young season campaign: 20-3 with 213 Ks. The official Russell MLB Authentic Collection tag is sewn onto the left front tail along with flag tags indicating [size] 52 and 3" extra length while the Yankees iconic interlocking NY logo and his uniform number 22 are sewn to the navy pinstriped white knit jersey in navy blue tackle twill. Theres a special black armband sewn to the left sleeve along with a Stars & Stripes flag patch on the reverse neck in memory of the 9/11 tragedy while an American League 100 Seasons patch is sewn onto the right sleeve. Clemens has signed the front of the jersey in blue marker. A great keepsake from another outstanding season posted by the man called The Rocket.
Includes LOA from longtime MLB agent Juan Iglesias who acquired jersey directly from Yankees team contact. Letter from MEARS with perfect A10 game use grade.
Includes holograms from MLB Authentication (AT 380144) and TriStar (0200970) confirming his December 2001 private signing session. Autograph pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
