From arguably the most popular and important player in the storied history of the Green Bay Packers comes this blazing green mesh road jersey from Brett Favre worn during the 2000 season. Favre is the only quarterback in NFL history to throw for more than 70000 yards 6000 completions and 10000 pass attempts. He became the Packers' starting quarterback in the fourth game of the 1992 season stepping in for injured quarterback Don Majkowski and started every game through the 2007 season. He made an NFL record 297 consecutive starts (321 including playoffs). He is the only player to win the AP Most Valuable Player three consecutive times (199597) and is one of only six quarterbacks to have won the award as well as the Super Bowl in the same season. This sparkling gamer has his legendary No. 4 front and back and on each shoulder in white tackle twill on the green mesh jersey. Favre appears in white tackle twill on a green nameplate across the back of the shoulders. A team white tag with embroidered 00 48 is affixed at the inside back of the collar. The shirt is highlighted with white and yellow screening on the sleeves and on the knitted collar. Shirts shows game usage including marks to the elastic ribbing panels on each side light puckering of the tackle twill numbers some light fraying of the white stitching and a tear that appears above the nameplate near the collar. It is truly a significant artifact from one of the most important players in the National Football League in the modern era.
