February 16 1946 TSL on Brooklyn Dodgers letterhead from Branch Rickey to Walter O'Malley signed by President Branch Rickey in near perfect looking 9/10 vintage black ink. Letter deals with permission to broadcast Sunday Brooklyn Dodger Games from Braves Field in Boston back to New York. Letter itself in perfect condition with the usual folds and a pair of punch holes at the top where it was placed in a binder.
