Offered here is a beautiful commemorative Cooperstown branded bat signed by 26 members of the 1999 World Champion New York Yankees. The barrel is decorated with an engraving of the team's iconic Top Hat and Bat logo as well as "The Team of the 20th Century - 1999 WORLD SERIES SWEEP - 25 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS". The Yanks went 98-64 during '99 regular season and dropped just one game in the playoffs (ALCS, Boston), sweeping the Braves in the Fall Classic. It was a fitting way to wrap up the 20th century for the storied franchise.
Among the better autographs on the bat are Hall of Famers Joe Torre (inscribed "WS CHAMPS") and Mariano Rivera as well as future Hall of Famers Derek Jeter and Andy Pettitte. Other notables include Bernie Williams, Paul O'Neill, Tino Martinez, David Cone ("P.G. 7-18-99"), Orlando Hernandez, Darryl Strawberry, Roger Clemens, Joe Girardi, Chad Curtis ("GM3 HR"), Ricky Ledee ("'99 Champs"), Chuck Knoblauch, Clay Bellinger, Willie Randolph, Chris Chambliss and Don Zimmer. All signatures are done in blue marker averaging 9/10 in strength. Limited Edition "AAC 3/9" (All-American Collectibles, hologram sticker affixed). Certified by PSA/DNA with sticker on knob (S10958).
