Steve "Air" McNair played 13 years in the NFL all but two with Tennessee. A big dual-threat quarterback named to three Pro Bowl he was awarded NFL Most Valuable Player in 2003 (shared with Peyton Manning) after throwing 24 TDs with just 7 INT and leading the league with a 100.4 passer rating. The 1999 season was both exciting and heartbreaking for Tennessee Titan fans. In the final seconds of Super Bowl XXXIV McNair's pass over the middle to Kevin Dyson fell one yard short from the tying the game. The clock expired and the Rams won 23-16. Unfortunately life ended too early for McNair as he was fatally shot by his girlfriend in 2009.

This navy blue jersey used typically for away games was worn by the Titans famous signal caller the 1999 season which included the "Music City Miracle" in the Wild-Card round vs. the Bills. The NFL shield logo and 'Titans' are sewn below the neck above his number '9' which also appears on both sleeves above the Puma and Titans team logos. Each sleeve contains an elastic end for a tighter fit. The Puma manufacturers tag with size '54' and '4" L.B." flag tags are sewn at front left tail. 'McNAIR' in white tackle twill is sewn over a navy mesh nameplate on the back of the jersey. Both number 9's on front and back are in white on sky blue tackle twill. McNair has signed the back No. '9' in 7-8/10 black marker. Jersey shows good wear with hardened sweat stains in the mesh fabric. Comes largely as issued with no alterations of any kind.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
