Rickey Henderson played for nine different organizations in his 25-year Hall of Fame career. The Man of Steal used this Louisville Slugger T141S Pro Model black bat during his 1999-2000 stint with the New York Mets. The bat displays evidence of outstanding use. Many ball marks are visible on the barrel including stitch impressions and blue ink transfers. Grain swelling from contact is present on the left and right sides of the barrel. He signed it in almost perfect 9-10/10 silver pen below his branded name on the barrel. The handle has been taped in a crisscross pattern and is covered with healthy dose of gripping substance. Hendersons number (24) is written on the knob though faintly visible. Rickey definitely got his money's worth out of this pounded beauty. Outstanding MLB provenance originating from the personal collection of former relief pitcher Gregg Olson.
