Beautiful Indianapolis Colts Peyton Manning blue mesh home jersey was worn by the future Hall of Fame quarterback during his 1998 rookie campaign. The 1st round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 1998 Peyton Manning faced a baptism by fire as he would start all 16 games for the previous season's worst team and lead the 1998 Colts to the same 3-13 record despite throwing for over 3700 yards with 26 touchdowns. Finishing 13-3 his sophomore season Manning would lead the colts to double digit victory seasons 11 of his next 12 seasons with the team. He would take the team to the 2006 (victory) and 2009 (defeat) while becoming the team's all-time passing leader. Small NFL logo tag sewn on neck. Large 9" number "18" sewn on front in single tackle twill. NFL Pro Line Authentic logo tags sewn on both sleeves with smaller 3 5/8" number "1" also in single tackle twill. "MANNING" in white sewn onto nameplate on back above large 11" number "18" sewn on in single tackle twill. NFL PRO LINE AUTHENTIC size 52 and "98" tags all sewn onto front tail. Jersey displays light use with consistent wear. Awesome game worn rookie jersey from one of the greatest quarterbacks ever to play the game and a sure fire first ballot NFL Hall of Famer!
