Offered here is a pair of 1998-99 Allen Iverson game worn and dual-signed Reebok ‘Answer 2’ signature model shoes. The size 11 shoes were Iverson’s second signature model, with Reebok naming the shoes after his nickname, “The Answer”. The ‘Answer 2’ style can be matched to Iverson in the 1999 Playoffs, where he led the 76ers to the Eastern Conference semifinals before losing to the Indiana Pacers. The shoes have been autographed by Iverson on each outer panel of the shoes just above the “Iverson” stamp. Although the shoes show signs of game use, they still remain in great condition. During the 1998-99 season, Iverson ranked 2nd in NBA scoring, averaging 26.8 PPG. Iverson is one of the best scorers that the NBA has ever seen, torching defenses throughout the late ‘90s and early 2000s. The 11x All-Star was also the 2001 NBA MVP, leading his team to the Finals during the 2001 season. These shoes are accompanied by a Beckett COA (Cert. #: T71090) for the autographs as well as a full LOA from a former Knicks Ball Boy.
