Warrick Dunn was a top-flight running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1997 to 2001. Selected in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft with the 12th overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Dunn made an immediate impact for the Bucs. As the year finished he was selected to the NFC Pro Bowl team and was named the Associated Press Offensive Rookie of the Year. This lot includes his game-worn Tampa Bay Buccaneers helmet from his rookie season in which he accumulated 987 yards on the ground and scored four rushing touchdowns. For good measure he added 462 receiving yards coming out of the backfield. The Riddell helmet (size M) which shows noticeable wear with scuff marks and paint transfers from on-field collisions includes the Buccaneers logo on either side as well as the NFL shield logo on the back. It also comes complete with Dunns built-in tinted visor with both the original facemask and chinstrap still intact. Dunn has signed the helmet in fine-point black marker across the front left side and added his uniform number (28). Some smudging has occurred but autograph rate a 7/10 and remains legible.
