The 1993 SP set launched Upper Deck's premium "Special Performance" line with its bold holographic-enhanced design, 12 cards per pack, and the revolutionary concept of a premium base set priced above standard Topps or Donruss. Hidden within each sealed box is the potential for the #279 Derek Jeter SP Foil Rookie — the defining rookie card of a Hall of Fame career and one of the most actively traded cards in the modern market.
