On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 48 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent to that is another Champion "Designed 1993-1994 & Tailored Exclusively for Seattle Supersonics BODY LENGTH +4" tag. Across the front is "SONICS" in white screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "40" in green on yellow screen print. Across the back is the player name "KEMP" in white screen print. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. Autographed on front in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
