This large 25" X 28" poster sized portrait of the 1992 USA Dream Team speaks for itself, but we will add some color commentary.
Amazingly, this treasure was once on display when The Dream Team was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA! The team was inducted as a group in the 2010 induction ceremony. It is a sturdy plastic poster showing the squad, which is then protected by two clear plexiglass covers for protection that can easily be removed.
The complete team is pictured with Coach Chuck Daly surrounded by this iconic group that most consider the greatest basketball team ever assembled. Their dominance, personality and style in the 1992 Olympic Games is credited as sparking a seismic shift in the global popularity of the NBA, and basketball in general. Future generations of NBA stars from all over the world were influenced by "The Dream Team."
With icons Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird leading the way, others in the famed group are Charles Barkley, Clyde Drexler, Patrick Ewing, John Stockton, Karl Malone, David Robinson, Chris Mullin, Scottie Pippen and Christian Laettner. All but Laettner are in the Hall of Fame as individual players, including Coach Daly.
