This is a sealed, unopened 1990-91 Fleer Basketball wax pack, graded PSA GEM MINT 10 — the highest grade attainable and a true condition rarity for a vintage sealed pack. The 1990 Fleer set is a cornerstone of the hobby, marking the rookie card year for future Hall of Famers Gary Payton and issued during one of basketball's most collected eras.
