There are only a handful of sports cards ever produced that collectors would universally agree are essential to call your own. The 1986 Fleer #57 Michael Jordan card is one of them, arguably the most important basketball card ever produced. When ESPN’s “The Last Dance” aired in the late spring of 2020, chronicling the Jordan-era Chicago Bulls, interest in anything MJ, who was already a global icon, somehow soared even higher.
Presented here is a nice midgrade example of this much-desired Jordan rookie card, rated EX-MT 6 by PSA. The centerpiece to any modern basketball card collection, this example provides outstanding eye appeal, extraordinary color, and sharp corners. Centering is about 60/40 left to right and 70/30 top to bottom. Back has a small defect near the Bulls logo.
