Michael Jordan burst on to the NBA scene in 1984 and the tongue, the shoes and gravity defying dunks were all on display. MJ and those iconic attributes are captured here in this Sport Magazine image from their December 1985 issue. Michael is in his white Chicago Bulls home uniform, posterizing Detroit Pistons rival Isaiah Thomas.
Fresh to the hobby, authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA is "Air Jordan" at his early Bulls best.
Michael's special penmanship, signed at the time, is in bold blue Sharpie and deemed a somewhat stingy NM-MT 8 by PSA/DNA (how much nicer could it be?). We think you'll be quite happy with it in your collection.
