This lot features Bill Russell's 1984 Los Angeles Dodgers game worn home uniform a season in which he collected 70 hits over 89 games. The "W. A. Goodman & Sons" size 42 jersey has "Los Angeles 1984 Dodgers Olympic Stadium Baseball" patch sewn on left sleeve. "Dodgers" in blue and large "18" in red tackle twill on front. "Russell" and "18" in blue tackle twill with white trim on back. Russell has signed below his number in strong 8-9/10 black felt tip pen. Jersey displays moderate to heavy wear with some stains. The accompanying pants also show "W. A. Goodman & Sons" size 32 pants and has has a "Russell 33-23 Set C '84" white tag sewn in back of pants. Russell has signed the left front in very nice 8/10 blue felt tip pen. Pants display moderate wear.
