Arnold Palmer is considered among the best when talking about the “GOAT’s” of golf, up there with Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player on the original ‘Mt. Rushmore’ of golf. New players such as Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy have made their names known in recent years and have built on the success of the predecessors. Palmer received the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998 and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974. With sixty-two wins on the PGA Tour, he ranks fifth in all-time tour titles. Palmer, unfortunately, passed away in September 2016 at the age of 87 after battling complications with heart problems. His name will live on forever as he was not only one of the best golfers to ever play the sport, but also an international ambassador in growing the games’ popularity.

Offered here is a very exclusive collection of golf clubs personally own by the legendary Arnold Palmer. This particular set of The Standard irons (3-PW) were played by Mr. Palmer at the height of his career during the 1980s. Only five sets of Palmer used golf clubs have been released to distinguished private collectors worldwide. The rest of Mr. Palmer's extensive collection of clubs will remain on permanent display at his headquarters in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and the USGA Museum in Far Hills, New Jersey. A 2000 Masters Tournament flag autographed by Palmer is accompanied by the eight-club iron set. The display measures 51”x43”x3” in size. .
