Top-tier 1978 Topps #20 Pete Rose graded PSA GEM MINT 10. Bright white borders and sharp corners surround the image of Rose in the dugout. Less than 2% of graded examples in PSA's Population report have earned the GEM MINT designation. 1978 would mark the year that Pete Rose surpassed the 3,000-hit record. One of the more important cards out of the 726 card set.
