Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw is the first quarterback in NFL history to have led his team to four Super Bowl championships a feat since equaled by both Joe Montana and Tom Brady. Bradshaw was the consummate field general who tallied a regular-season mark of 107-51 while spearheading the Steelers offense for 14 seasons but it was the postseason where his light shined brightest. In the playoffs Bradshaw led Pittsburgh to a 14-5 record as he completed 57% of his passes and threw for 30 touchdown. In four trips to the Super Bowl the Bradshaw-led Steelers went undefeated.

In 1977 his eighth season in the league Bradshaw led the Steel City squad to a 9-5 record and a first-place finish in the AFC Central division standings. Having made it to the AFC title game the year before the Steelers and Bradshaw especially had much to prove. Starting all 14 regular-season games behind center for the black-and-gold Bradshaw turned in another terrific campaign by completing 162 pass attempts for 2546 yards and 17 touchdowns.

Playing at Three Rivers Stadium the Steelers had posted a 6-1 mark at home. But on the road it was a different story as they went 3-4. Regardless Pittsburgh rattled off five victories in their final six regular-season games to gain some momentum heading into the playoffs. Traveling to Denver to take on the top-seeded 12-2 Broncos at Mile High Stadium the following week the Steelers dropped a 34-21 decision.

Offered here is Bradshaws game-used Steelers white road jersey worn during the 77 campaign. The dureen jersey which includes the Steelers trademark black-and-gold stripes around both sleeves is sporting the original Sand-Knit manufacturers label on the left front tail that reads Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Pittsburgh Steelers American Football Conference. To its immediate left is a sewn-in strip tag reading 77 to indicate the season. His sewn-on nameplate sporting three-inch tall gold letters spelling BRADSHAW is applied across the back of the jersey just above his single tackle-twill number 12 in black. His number on the front of the jersey measures 12 high while his number on the back measures nine inches tall. The jersey shows good game usage and includes several team repairs around the shoulders. Noticeable fraying of the numbers is evident on the front back and sleeves. A terrific piece of game-worn sports memorabilia from one of the NFLs all-time clutch quarterbacks this gamer rate a perfect MEARS A10.

Includes Letter of Opinion from MEARS.
