Good looking 1977 New York Yankees World Series Championship ring given to front office personnel. Front office rings are made from the same molds as the ones the players receive. 1977 would see the Yankees win their first World Series title since 1962 by downing the Dodgers 4 games to 2 with Reggie Jackson's dramatic 3 run home run outburst coming in the deciding Game 6. Top has faux diamonds(not real) forming the Yankee logo on top of a blue stone surrounded by the words "Yankees World Champions". On one side it reads "Pappas" and the words "Yankees 21st World Championship" with the World Series trophy and "1977 Pride Tradition" on the other. The gold colored ring is not solid gold. There are no visible markings on the inside of the ring. There is a chip to the top of the blue sapphire stone at the lower left hand corner. Comes with a beautiful wood presentation box. Size 11 1/2.
