Program and rare press brochure to the World Heavyweight Championship Fight between Champion Muhammad Ali and challenger Ernie Shavers held September 29 1977 at Madison Square Garden in New York. In a very even hard fought contest Ali needed to win the last round decisively to pull out a unanimous decision.
- Fight program loaded with photos articles statistics records and numerous period ads. Clean condition with front cover and inside pages in very nice condition. Back cover does have a 3/4" tear at left side.
- Rare Press Brochure covers feature full color shots of Ali and Shavers. Black & white press brochure loaded with statistics complete fight records articles not only for Ali & Shavers but also for all other fighters on the card. Inside pages in perfect condition. Covers show wear and creasing especially along the spine.
