1976 Hillerich & Bradsby Bicentennial Graig Nettles Signature Model S44 game used bat signed by the Yankee 3rd baseman on the barrel in 7/10 blue ink. Nettles had a stellar season for the Yankees in 1976 leading the American League in home runs with 32 while driving in 93. "9" in black marker written on knob. Slight crack in handle has been professionally repaired. Length 35". Weight 30.3 ounces. Bat exhibits extensive game use with heavy pine tar on the barrel red and blue rack marks ball marks batting cage marks. A rare Bicentennial bat with heavy game use by one of the greatest Yankee third baseman in their history Graig Nettles.
