Most Tony Perez bats seen in the hobby are from later in his career. Here offered is a seldom seen Hillerich & Bradsby "R43" signature model bat employed by Cuban-born slugger Tony Perez during the middle portion of the 1970s and the era of Cincinnatis dominant Big Red Machine. Turned during the 1973-1975 labeling period this bat features pronounced stampings with ball marks cleat marks and surface marks throughout as well as pine-tar residue on the handle. Hall of Famer Tony Perez helped propel the "Big Red Machine" to two World Series titles four pennants and six division titles during their dominant decade of the 1970s.
