The 1972 Topps Baseball set consists of 787 total cards - the most to date at this point for a Topps release. The psychedelic design surely matched the aura of the 1970s and remains a collector's favorite when considering the Topps sets in the 1970s.
The set is anchored by star cards such as Hank Aaron, Roberto Clemente, Willie Mays, Pete Rose, and more than 72 'In Action' cards that rightfully so feature action shots of notable players.
The offered set remains in VG to EX condition. Some grading opportunities may exist. Notable rookie cards include Don Baylor, Cecil Cooper, Carlton Fisk, Dave Kingman, Darrell Porter, and J.R. Richard.
